READY SET ROMPER must be notified within 7 days of delivery for a return/or an exchange. In order to be eligible all original tags must be attached and in tact. Please DO NOT return items to us without notifying us first or send items that are returned without tracking. Doing so will void your refund/exchange.

Free shipping on orders over $150 USD within the United States and Canada.
Our current processing time is 2-3 business days, HOWEVER during drops and new release weeks our processing time can be 3-5 business days. Shipping typically takes approximately 5-9 business days to deliver within Canada & the USA, EXCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO and DPO, however, COVID19 related delays are possible and are unfortunately out of our control.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping can take up to 5 days to scan and update your tracking information, meaning even though your package is on its way; it will continue to read “processing” for multiple days.
International Orders:
Shipping to New Zealand, Australia and the UK has been taking an upwards of 6-8 weeks currently. Tracking may not be available in all countries. Tracking to certain countries will only update once it leaves Canada or the USA. Please contact your local post office or courier for further information.
