RSR is not responsible or liable for packages lost in transit, or packages returned by a refusal to pay/return to sender action. WE DO NOT REPLACE ORDERS THAT ARE LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN ONCE IN TRANSIT. We offer ROUTE insurance at checkout and that will protect your order FULLY against all of the above, and you will be able to select this insurance at checkout. Should you refuse the insurance your order is not protected against any of the above. More on route Insurance, below:

Ready Set Rompers current processing time is 2-3 business days, HOWEVER during drops (new release weeks) or the Holiday Season our processing time can be 3-5 business days.
US Orders: Ship from the USA, no extra fees. Under normal circumstances, shipping typically takes approximately 5-9 business days, EXCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO and DPO, however, delays are possible and are unfortunately out of our control.
*Military APO/FPO/DPO Mail Transit times: Transit times will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee, and can vary from 10-45 days business days. Those in established bases should continue to receive regular service, while those in forward areas or engaged in operations may experience longer arrival times due to logistical constraints.
If a shipping issue arises after the mail has left the jurisdiction of the United States Postal Service, you must refer the matter to the Military Postal Service Agency. MPSA is the Department of Defence liaison agency with the Postal Service that has overall responsibility for postal operations at military locations overseas (including items scanned as delivered when the customer states the item was not received).

International Orders:
Tracking to certain countries will only update once it leaves the USA. Please contact your local post office or courier for further information.
eChecks
Orders made using an eCheck will not be guaranteed until the eCheck has cleared. If one or all of the items sells out before the eCheck has cleared that item will not be shipped and a refund will be issued for the item(s). If your eCheck order qualified for free shipping and an item sells out thus disqualifying the order for free shipping, the item(s) will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
Order Status
- If you selected shipping with tracking- please check your emails for updates. (Please check your junk/spam email folder also!)
- Please allow at least 72 hours for tracking to be updated and scanned by the carrier.
- We advise that you sign up for e-mail and/or SMS notifications through the final tracking information to ensure you receive real-time updates for your package's last location.
- We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking # provided, please contact the last available courier for more information. Insurance on packages will cover any problems from departure to delivery. Once a package is marked as delivered, the insurance no longer applies unfortunately UNLESS you purchased ROUTE INSURANCE at checkout!
Import Taxes & Duties
International Customers outside of the USA are responsible for any extra fees incurred that may apply. If you are shopping with us from outside of the USA you may incur extra fees of which Ready Set Romper bears no responsibility for. ALL ORDERS PLACED AND SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE USA ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. Thank you!
Refused Or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address.
Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and an $8 USD undeliverable fee (items MUST have been received by RSR in new/unused condition before a refund will be issued). Any outstanding fees discussed above will be deducted from your original total (minus the original shipping fee) and refunded in the form of a gift card. Please place a new order with correct shipping address/information if you would like your items re-sent. Let us know if we can assist with this.

Customs should not charge certain extra fees for baby wear or personal (not for profit) purchases under $800.00. If for any reason one should incur fees, we advise the customer to fill out a “CBSA Informal Adjustment Request” which applies for refund of said fees.
