Refund policy

We want you to treasure your READY SET ROMPER!

BEFORE REMOVING TAGS please inspect your garment and ensure it is to your liking.  Once tags are removed you are no longer eligible for an exchange (store credit only- we do not offer refunds).

New and unworn/unused items with tags still attached and in the original packaging (Trying on once is perfectly acceptable) purchased online at our store www.readysetromper.com only may be eligible for an exchange or store credit, however, if your item is FINAL SALE- (anything over 15% off is considered final sale), then it is not eligible for return OR exchange.  Final Sale is non-negotiable. 

READY SET ROMPER must be notified within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.

Please DO NOT return items to us without notifying us first.  Doing so will immediately void your exchange/return. 

Do not send items that are returned without tracking. Doing so may void your exchange. We are NOT responsible for lost in transit returns or packages of any kind- please notify the carrier and open a claim with them if they lose your returned item(s). 

All customers are responsible for the shipping cost of an exchange or return.

Within 5 business days of receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your exchange. We will then notify you on the status of your exchange.

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. 

US exchanges: Please email hello@readysetromper.com for instructions.  

We can send you a pre-paid return label and the cost of the label ($8.00 USD) will be deducted from your exchange total once we receive your returned item. 

If your exchange is approved, we will initiate an exchange/store credit.  You should receive the store credit within 3-7 business days. Ready Set Romper is not responsible for transaction fees charged by your financial institution. If you have questions regarding an already processed refund, you must contact your card issuer/bank. RSR is not responsible for possible transaction fees charged by your bank. 

In the unlikely event you receive an item with a quality issue upon delivery (unworn/unwashed) tags MUST be attached, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the issue and each situation will be handled on a case by case basis. Please email hello@readysetromper.com for all customer service issues. Filing chargebacks before attempting the required steps of resolution is considered fraud and will be pursued as such.  We take this very seriously and will pursue a reversal as well as filing such transactions as fraudulent which is considered theft by law. 

Please note: Due to how the fabric for prints is cut and sewn each garment will have a unique placement of print.  Color may differ slightly in person from how it appears on your screen depending on your device settings.

Sizing exchanges are NOT eligible for refunds, but are eligible for store credit only.  Meaning, if you need a size exchange, and we don’t have the size you need, you will be supplied with a store credit to use when the size restocks. 

Shipping:

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you received free shipping during your original order you will be required to pay the cost of return shipping in the event of an exchange.

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return

- Any items purchased using a coupon code of 15% OR greater

- Any items that are ON SALE or any items that are in any of our Last Chance/Limited Stock/ Going Fast sale sections are final sale. No exceptions.

- Bib

- Lovey

- Headwrap

- Beanie

- ALL orders placed outside the US

Store Credits and Gift Cards: Refunds given in the form of a store credit or gift card will be assigned to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another customer. 

All items purchased using a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only under the same terms listed above. 

We do not offer Price adjustments or rain checks for sales.
