When will my pre-order ship?
Our pre-order items are expected to ship mid-June, possibly sooner. To be safe, we recommend planning for mid-June.
If I order in-stock items with a pre-order, when will they ship?
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will ship together once the pre-order item arrives.
If you need your in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order from your pre-order.
What payment methods are allowed for pre-orders?
All regular payment methods are accepted for pre-orders except gift cards and points.
Can I use the Facebook VIP discount on a pre-order?
Yes. VIP discounts may be used on pre-order items. Join the VIP group
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Because pre-orders are reserved especially for you, they cannot be canceled once placed.
Can I exchange my pre-order item?
Absolutely — once your order arrives, you may request an exchange in accordance with our normal exchange policy.
