We want you to treasure your READY SET ROMPER! BEFORE REMOVING TAGS please inspect your garment and ensure it is to your liking. Once tags are removed you are no longer eligible for a refund/exchange.
New and unworn/unused items with tags still attached (Trying on once is perfectly acceptable) purchased online at our store www.readysetromper.com/.ca only may be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
READY SET ROMPER must be notified within 7 days of delivery for a refund/or an exchange. In order to be eligible all original tags must be attached and in tact. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer. DO NOT return items to us without notifying us first or send items that are returned without tracking. Doing so will void your refund/exchange.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of an exchange. For convenience, we will send you a pre-paid return label and the cost of this label is $8.00, which will be deducted from any refund issued once we receive your returned item. This fee is reduced to $5.00 if you wish to receive store credit, rather than a refund/or exchange.
International returns or exchanges; customer is responsible for all return fees. Refunds will be made to your original form of payment only.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange/store credit/ or refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You should receive the credit within 3-7 business days (depending on your card issuer's policies + procedures).
Ready Set Romper is not responsible for transaction fees charged by your financial institution. If you have questions regarding an already processed refund, you must contact your card issuer/bank.
Removing tags will make the item a FINAL sale and NOT eligible for returns, refunds, store credit or exchanges.
