New and unworn/unused items with tags still attached (Trying on once is perfectly acceptable) purchased online at our store www.readysetromper.com only may be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
READY SET ROMPER must be notified within 7 days of delivery for a return/or an exchange. In order to be eligible all original tags must be attached and in tact. Please DO NOT return items to us without notifying us first as returns go to a specific location/department that is different from our sending address. Please do not send returns without shipment tracking. Doing so will immediately void your refund/exchange.

- To preserve the life of your premium bamboo apparel wash on cold with only other bamboo items, like colors & lay flat to dry.
- Do not wash with towels or items that have zippers, buttons etc...that will snag.
Free shipping on orders over $150 USD within the United States and Canada.
Our current processing time is 2-3 business days, HOWEVER during drops and new release weeks our processing time can be 3-5 business days. Shipping typically takes approximately 5-9 business days to deliver within Canada & the USA, EXCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO and DPO, however, COVID19 related delays are possible and are unfortunately out of our control.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping can take up to 5 days to scan and update your tracking information, meaning even though your package is on its way; it will continue to read “processing” for multiple days.
International Orders:
Shipping to New Zealand, Australia and the UK has been taking an upwards of 6-8 weeks currently. Tracking may not be available in all countries. Tracking to certain countries will only update once it leaves Canada or the USA. Please contact your local post office or courier for further information.
